Johanna Strand Studiois based in Kalmar, Sweden, with a studio at Lindöateljéerna. The studio is run by designer Johanna Strand, educated at Konstfack University of Arts, Crafts and Design and Beckmans College of Design.

The practice focuses on site-specific concepts and artistic commissions for public spaces, where spatial qualities, tactility and graphic clarity are combined with a sense of playfulness and reflection.

Through dialogue with the site and the people who use it, the work aims to create engaging, meaningful environments that feel memorable, safe and accessible.
